Mr. Greenfader has more than 15 years of experience in international sales and marketing in U.S. and Latin America. Born in Mexico, lived in Spain and fluent in Spanish, Mr. Greenfader is a graduate of University of Southern California’s School of International Relations. After working with the U.S-Mexico Chamber of Commerce to promote the successful passage of North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Mr. Greenfader was recruited by Management Recruiters International to help expand their business throughout Latin America. With his efforts he successfully placed senior executives within Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, China and Tokyo. With his focus on international recruitment, Mr. Greenfader earned “rookie-of-the-year” honors and was later promoted to General Manager of a MRI Corporate office.

Mr. Greenfader is currently the President and co-founder of The Human Capital Group (HCG), an eight-year old executive search firm specializing in the Healthcare, Communication Technologies, Construction, Non-Profit and Entertainment industries. Besides recruitment, the company within its first 6 months of operations raised $750,000 of seed-round capital and a $2 Million commitment for Worldfree.net an artificial intelligence software company based in Beverly Hills, CA.

Mr. Greenfader likes to spend his free time working on his motor boat, fishing, kite-surfing and scuba diving. His love of recruitment stems from the fact that he gets personal gratification from helping others grow in both their careers and in their personal lives via his counseling. He enjoys the interaction with strangers and the kibitzing that usually ensues. His mission in life is to teach others his “golden-nugget” philosophy and to encourage the individual to face and overcome their fears.

Co-founder of The Human Capital Group, Wendy Herst manages the firm's Retained Division.  Prior to The Human Capital Group, she was an Account Executive with a billion dollar executive search firm. Ms. Herst holds a Masters degree in Music Composition from Claremont Graduae University, and Bachelors degrees in both Economics and Music from Vassar College.  She is also a feature film producer and a published country music songwriter. 

Christa Mulker joined The Human Capital Group after ten years of successful experience in the nonprofit sector, where she was responsible for running fundraising events and implementing community outreach and education programs. Previously, she directed high-profile fundraising events for a large hospital system in Southern California, where she more than quadrupled annual profits raised from events in less than two years.

An accomplished violinist, Ms. Mulker holds a B.M. from the University of Southern California, where she studied with Alice Schoenfeld and Suli Xue. In 2007, she completed a Masters of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management and Marketing, from California State University, Northridge, where she also served as an Assistant Professor in Marketing. Ms. Mulker continues to consult and conduct lectures and seminars on marketing, management, operations and business development strategies at various companies and academic institutions throughout California.

Ms. Mulker enjoys keeping up with her Weimaraner puppy, yoga, teaching, food and wine, traveling and stimulating conversation.
